Samsung released the One UI 4.1 software with the Galaxy S22 series in February, and it has been rolling it out to additional devices for the past three months. We learnt today that the Korean company is releasing a new incremental version called One UI 4.1.1. We’ll learn more about it later this year, when the 2022 foldables are unveiled.

A Samsung service worker confirmed the name, explaining that the Wonderland issues are deep within the platform and will be fixed once One UI 4.1.1 is released.

The upgrade from 4.1 to 4.1.1 is unsurprising; Samsung did the same with One UI 3.1, which was followed by One UI 3.1.1. According to rumors, the next major software upgrade, based on Android 13, will be called One UI 5, with the first beta slated for July, once Google unveils its new operating system.
