Park Lane’s one lane is closed off by the police, allowing protesters to make their way toward Wellington Arch, their collective call for a ceasefire resounding.

Notably, some demonstrators sport both poppies and Palestinian flags.

Among the front-runners are former opposition leader Jeremy Corbyn and ally John McDonnell.

A growing crowd gathers along Park Lane outside Hyde Park, with officers from Wales, Dorset, and Cheshire augmenting the Met Police’s heavy presence.

Chants for a ceasefire fill the air as Palestinian flags flutter. Peaceful thus far, the march progresses steadily toward Hyde Park Corner, banners distributed among the demonstrators.
