Toronto Police responded to an incident outside the Toronto Islamic Centre (TIC), where Marshall vandalized the center, yelled Islamophobic slurs, and made threats.

TIC, which had faced previous Islamophobic threats, emphasized its commitment to opposing hate.

Marshall faces charges related to two other incidents involving spraying an unknown substance on a taxi driver and a woman wearing a hijab.

He is scheduled to appear in a Toronto bail court, facing multiple charges, including assault and uttering threats.
