Fox stole the show during a football game in Arizona

The animal, which the presenters mistook for a cat, is seen sprinting across the field of a football game in the widely distributed 30-second film.

Animals making “special appearances” during field events have been documented on social media several times.

Following the uproar over a cat dangling from the top deck at Miami Stadium during a college football game a few weeks ago, a video of a wild fox racing around the field during a football game in Arizona, USA, has brought smiles to many people’s cheeks.

The animal, which the presenters mistook for a cat, is seen sprinting across the field during the Arizona State-USC game at Sun Devil Stadium in the 30-second film, which has gone viral on social media.

“We got an animal on the field, by the way,” the commentator says, as he tries to figure out if the four-legged invader is a cat.

“I do not know whether it is a cat or not. That is a fox. Not a cat,” As the camera zooms in on the animal, another commentator adds.

The animal then goes towards the stands and jumps to the other side. Another commentator calls the fox a “wild child” as it sprints away at the end of the video.

Here’s the link to the video:

Another scene shows stadium security leading the fox into a tunnel.

The films quickly went popular on social media, eliciting amusing comments from internet users.

The animal’s massive jump towards the stands, on the other hand, wowed many.
