Indian Chief Justice Ranjan Gogi objected to the request for termination of occupied Kashmir.

According to the details, appeals were heard in the Indian Supreme Court against the removal of 370 from occupied Kashmir, hearing by the Special Bench of Indian Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi, Justice SA Bobdi and Justice SA Nazir.

At the hearing, Indian Chief Justice Ranjan Gogi raised objections to the petition and said that there was nothing in it reading the petition three times, why not submit the application on technical grounds.

Remember, Justice Ramana of the Indian Supreme Court, while rejecting the urgent hearing of the petition filed against the termination of Article 370, said that the date for hearing of it would be appointed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi.

The cancellation of Article 370 has been challenged in the Supreme Court by Indian Advocate ML Sharma, National Conference Leader of Occupied Kashmir Mohammad Akbar Lone and Justice retired Hassan Masoodi, while some others have challenged the cancellation of Article 370.

The Judicial Activism Panel, on the other hand, had sent a petition to the Indian Supreme Court challenging 370, in which the Chief Justice of India requested to take notice of the special status of occupied Kashmir.

The petitioner had taken the stand that the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly would first approve, then amend, that the change is not possible by the Governor, the current amendment is out of scope and malicious and the Indian Supreme Court is also in Article 370.

The petition states that Jammu and Kashmir is not part of India under the UN resolution, the Shimla Agreement signed in 1972 and the Lahore Agreement 1999 are also in violation and the amendment to Article 370 is in conflict with the Indian Constitution.

It should be noted that the J&K occupied by the Indian Constitution had a special status, but the Modi government abolished Article 370 and abolished this special status.
