Plea against Federal Minister filed in Islamabad High Court

A petition has been submitted in Islamabad High Court against Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry.

According to details, petitioner mentioned that members of Assembly did not include the land in the nomination papers and Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry should be dismissed for concealing his assets.

Lawyer Rizwan Abbasi submitted Fawad’s nomination papers for Sami Ullah Ibrahim.

Lawyer Rizwan Abbasi, seeking Federal Minister’s disqualification, stated that Fawad Chaudhry does not fulfill Articles 62 and 63 of the Constitution.

He further stated that Fawad Chaudhry should be dismissed as the member of Assembly and a case of crime should be filed against him.
