Pakistan coast guards have seized over 1770kg of high quality hashish from southwestern Baluchistan province, an official statement said on Monday.
According to details the coastguards officials conducted an operation, on a tip-off, raided a compound on the outskirts of strategic Gwadar town seized 1770kg kilograms of fine-quality hashish worth around Rs 1932.84 million in the open market, the statement added.
During a mobile patrol last night, a suspicious movement was organized on the site of Talab Turbat Road.
the drugs are usually hidden in mountainous areas and are later smuggled to international markets.
It is important to note that Pakistan Coast Guards are always committed to preventing smuggling of all kinds.
