Prime Minister Imran Khan has taken strict notice over the conduct of officers who did not take the complaint seriously at the Citizen Portal.

According to the details, Prime Minister Imran Khan decided to set up a five-member committee in the ministries and departments, taking action against the officers who did not take Citizen’s complaints seriously.

The Prime Minister’s Office has said that the complaints of the citizens are being closed without resolving, while the grievances are being handed over to the subordinates rather than the officers. There is no document evidence and irrelevant individuals are resolving the complaints.

The Prime Minister’s Office said that Prime Minister Imran Khan has summoned a review report from all the ministries, departments and institutions to resolve these complaints and a five-member committee set up in the ministries and departments.

The Prime Minister’s Office also said that the committee will examine the Performances of designated officers and submit a report while the committee will identify the best and worst performing officers as well as identify flaws in resolved, unresolved complaints.

It should be noted that Prime Minister Imran Khan launched the Pakistan Citizens Portal on October 28 last year, and on that occasion, Prime Minister said that the most bribery complaints are being made in the government offices, now we know where we stand. Will know what is happening? Which ministry is working?
