Kingdom Saudi Arabia has confirmed that Israeli passport holders were not permitted to enter the Kingdom.
Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan said the policy was unchanged despite Israel saying on Sunday that its citizens could now travel to Saudi Arabia.
Prince Faisal told the international media “Our policy is fixed, We do not have relations with the state of Israel, and Israeli passport holders cannot visit the Kingdom at the current time.”
Earlier, Palestinian Prime minister Mohammed Shtayyeh has urged international community to boycott US President Donald Trump’s “peace plan”.
According to international media, Palestinian Prime minister said “This a plan to protect Trump from impeachment and protect (Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin) Netanyahu from prison. It is not a Middle East peace plan,” he added.
Mohammed Shtayyeh told the cabinet “This plan gives Israel sovereignty over Palestinian territory.”
on the other hand Jordan’s King Abdullah II also expressed reservations over Trump peace plan and said Amman is against any parts of a yet-to-be-released US peace plan that negatively affects his country.
Jordan’s King Abdullah said that the kingdom would oppose Trump’s peace Plan.
he further added ” Our position is very well known. Absolutely not. This is clear to everyone,” Abdullah said while meeting local politicians in the southern Jordanian city of Aqaba.
It is pertinent to mention here that Trump is expected to unveil his “peace plan” for the Middle East.
Donald Trump said he would likely release his long-awaited Mideast peace plan a little before he meets Tuesday with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his main political rival Benny Gantz.
