Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for information and broadcasting Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan announced that the coming Friday must be celebrated as the day of Repentance and the day of Mercy.

Dr. Firdous said that federal minister of religious affairs Noor-ul-Qadri has informed that the next Friday will be remembered as the day of Repentance.

She said while addressing media that PM Imran Khan wanted to the Mosques to be inhabited. She further said that the 20-point declaration must remain in practice strictly.

She further said that all the scholars and Ulemas have declared PM’s ideology human friendly.

She said that coronavirus spread has to be stopped and the system of life has to be continued. For this purpose, all political parties and Ulemas are being consulted.

Ulemas were also present with Dr. Firdous. They have suggested that students availing Islamic education must also be educated through the online education system. Dr. Firdous has said that Teleschool has been running successfully in educating the students online. However, she suggested that special programs should also be made for students learning Islamic education.
