Sindh government spokesman Murtaza Wahab said, the Sindh government has taken a big decision to provide relief to the people of the province.
According to the details, the government decided to give the relief to the renters.
The sources said that the renters should not be rented during the coronavirus pandemic.
The Sindh government will approve the draft ordinance tomorrow and send it to the Sindh governor for approval.
It is stated in the ordinance that landlords will no longer charge rent to renters after the bill is approved.
The spokesman also said that after the bill is passed, it will come into force across the province.
Murtaza Wahab further said that a bill on rent relief has been prepared and will be presented in the cabinet meeting tomorrow (April 27).

Ramadan 2020: Sindh Govt issues SOPs for holy month
Earlier, Chief Minister of Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah has inaugurated a helpline for psychological help and counseling.
Citizens can dial 1093 on their phones to reach the service which is designed to give counselling related to stress and address physiological issues of the people as coronavirus is hitting biomedical and psychological points of view.
In collaboration with United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and National Urban Development Project (NUDP), government of Sindh has launched the service.
The helpline service will have a panel of 25 psychological experts who will be available on-call throughout the day.
