Information Minister Shibli Faraz has said that the federal cabinet has decided to donate one month’s salary to the Corona Relief Fund.
Talking to the media after the meeting of the federal cabinet, He said that on the directions of the Supreme Court, regarding the appointments in the Cabinet Division, all the Ministries were requested to provide details of the appointments made in the previous governments without approval, on which six or seven divisions have submitted their reports. ۔
He said that the rest of the division had been given time in this regard and as per the report 76 people had been recruited illegally.
The Information Minister said an implementation report was presented in which it was stated that the Cabinet had taken 1376 decisions in which 86% of the points have been implemented while 7% i.e 114 are being implemented.
Shibli Faraz said that the cabinet had also commented on the cases that have been pending in the courts for years and Law Minister Faroogh Naseem has been asked to present reforms in this regard in the next six months.
He said that issues related to ban on imports from India were also under consideration as all kinds of exports from India were banned due to tensions and only imports of life-saving medicines were allowed.
Shibli Faraz said that the Prime Minister sought details of the medicines being imported and directed that the ban should not be violated in any way.
