Gold prices increase by Rs 1000 in Pakistan

The price of gold has risen again.

According to the details, the price of gold per tola has gone up by Rs 1,000 and reached a high of Rs 105,900.

In the international market, the price of gold per ounce remained stable at US Dollar 1,776 but the new price of gold in Pakistan has broken all previous records in the history of the country.

As a result of the increase in prices, the price of gold per tola in the barter markets of Karachi, Hyderabad, Lahore, Islamabad and Peshawar has reached the highest level in the history of the country at Rs. 1,05,900 and the price of 10 gram gold has risen by Rs 900 and the new price is Rs 90,792.

Akhtar Tessori, the chairman of the All Pakistan Gem and Jewelry Traders and Exporters Association, said that this has happened because gold imports have not been taking place due to Coronavirus pandemic, which has affected trade.
