Pakistan Telecommunication Authority’s (PTA) website has reportedly been down after it banned PUBG in Pakistan.

According to PTA’s spokesman, the website’s server got down due to heavy traffic on the site. It is because of the public response to PUBG’s ban caused the traffic on PTA’s website.

The spokesman further said that the PTA is working to resolve the website issue.

On Wednesday, PTA had banned the online game PUBG temporarily across Pakistan.

According to PTA’s issued notification, PUBG has been temporarily suspended after getting complaints from people as well as police authorities from across the country.
