Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Information and Broadcasting and Chairman CPEC Authority General (retd) Asim Bajwa has said that Pakistan is moving towards affordable and green electricity.
According to details, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Information and Broadcasting and Chairman CPEC Authority General (retd) Asim Bajwa said in his message on social networking site Twitter that the Pak-China Economic Corridor Project has crossed another milestone today.
In his message, the Chairman CPEC Authority said that Prime Minister Imran Khan would sign an agreement with the Chinese Gezhouba on the Azad Patan Hydel Power Project.

He wrote on Twitter, “#CPEC makes another milestone achievement;PM will grace the signing ceremony of Azad Pattan Hydel power Project today with China Gezhouba.With an investment of $ 1.5 Bn-no fuel import,we move towards cheaper&greener power.(Design Model Pics) #cpec #CPECMakingProgress”
Asim Saleem Bajwa also said that the project would cost 1.5 billion after which we would not have to import fuel.
He further said that we are moving towards green energy and fuel and CPEC’s project is moving towards development.
Earlier, in a statement released on social networking site Twitter, Chairman CPEC Authority Asim Saleem Bajwa had said that the construction work of Gwadar International Airport was underway.
Asim Saleem Bajwa had also said that he was committed to launch and complete all projects in Gwadar as directed by the Prime Minister.
Chairman CPEC Authority Asim Saleem Bajwa had further said that Gwadar Mega Airport would play an important role in the development of Gwadar.
