The United Kingdom has held its first socially distanced concert by separating the attendees in groups of five in Newcastle’s Gosforth Park.
According to details, almost 2,500 fans attended the Sam Fender concert, following all the SOPs. The concert became one of its kind as it was the first-ever musical show held in the U.K. after lifting coronavirus restrictions.

As per details, the venue catered 500 elevated metal platforms, each of which has 5 seats for the attendees. Every platform was about 6 ½ feet separated from each other.
The Virgin Money Unit Arena will host a concert of musicians including Van Morrison, Maximo Park, and The Libertines in August and September.
The pop-up venue will also arrange shows for comedians Jimmy Carr and Bill Bailey.
It is pertinent to mention here that the British government imposed lockdown in the Kingdown in March to control the coronavirus situation.
