Exactly nine months after the Independence of Pakistan, blood was shed in the land of the Prophets, in the land of Palestine, in the heart of the Middle East.

With the help of the other world powers who had victory in world war 2, including the United States of America, and Britain, Soviet Union, and other nations, the Zionists succeeded in fulfilling their century-long work of influencing the main world powers to support and bring to fruition, their dream of the establishment of a new sovereign nation, preferably in Palestine.

And so after a propagandistic proposal from their alliance countries in the United Nations, in November 1947, about two years after the United Nations had been created. To partition Palestine into two almost equal halves, one for the resident Palestinian people, and one for immigrant jews who were resident as well as for more who would come later.

And which was rejected by the Palestinians, and also by Arab and Muslim countries, and therefore had no legitimacy to dictate terms to the people of a nation who rejected it. No matter that 33 of the 56 members of the United Nations at that time were persuaded or lobbied by the Jewish alliance, into agreeing to it. However, none of the Muslim members agreed.

And the Palestinians and the Muslim nations made clear, that forcing such a rejected division of the nation, on the resident Palestinian people of the nation, solely for the benefit of immigrant jews as part of an organized Zionist colonization plan for the eventual possession of the country, funded by the rich Jewish alliance mainly in the USA and some European nations, would cause a civil war.

Then about six months later, the jews in Palestine, who had already built up armed militia forces, took it into their own claimed authority, to unilaterally put the illegitimate UN proposal into action. And on May 14, 1948, the usurping immigrant colonial Zionist state called Israel was self-declared an independent nation, roughly on the land proposed by the UN partition plan.

Although their satisfaction with these boundaries was not to last for long. And after each of the 1948, 1967, and 1973 wars, as well as the occupation of the West Bank, and the ever-expanding illegal building of settlements in the West Bank, and in East Jerusalem, the Zionists have expanded their illegal occupation and their boundary claims. These also include occupation and land claims over the Golan Heights of Syria, and over parts of Southern Lebanon.

Even before and after the establishment of Israel, the founder of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, repeatedly opposed it. This opposition was not for opposition’s sake but was the fruit of the Quaid-e-Azam’s natural principled belief of its illegitimacy and which could not be accepted.

He knew that this would be tantamount to an atrocity against the land of Palestine. With the establishment of the Zionist state, the real heirs of this land, the Palestinians, will be forced to stumble into exile. Their homes, businesses, and lives, will be squeezed, while the first Qibla of Jerusalem will also be under the shoes of the soldiers of the usurping Zionist state.

Apart from this edict, a number of sermons and statements express the clear opposition and rejection of the founder of Pakistan against Israel. After the establishment of Pakistan, the founder of Pakistan Muhammed Ali Jinnah could live only one year and one month. In these last 13 months of his life, if the Father of the Nation had given any important direction on Pakistan’s foreign policy, it would have been only about Israel.

Israel is a usurper state and Pakistan will never recognize it, he said. In 1947, the founder of Israel, David Ben-Gurion, sent a telegram to Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah about establishing diplomatic relations with Israel, but the Supreme Leader did not respond. This attitude of the Quaid sent a clear message to the colonialists and their followers that Pakistan does not want to establish any diplomatic relations with Israel.

The usurper Israel, is the result of an organized colonial plan, which was speeded to fulfilment, and has received continuing generous international financial and diplomatic support, after world war 2.

Since its establishment, the usurping state of Israel has considered Pakistan a threat to its existence, along with other Muslim nations, as a result of their firm refusal to recognize Israel as a legitimate state, with a right to exist. And their continuing protests at the unilateral founding of the state through foreign immigration and colonial settlement, and war, and the force of occupation, and the denial of the rights of the Palestinian people.

Pakistan and most Muslim nations have continued their long policy of non-recognition of Israel. And along with most of the countries of the world, are calling for a resolution of the issue, through a peace agreement which considers the rights of all of the people of the land, including the Palestinian people. And which rejects all illegal gains that have come from war, and occupation, and illegal settlements, and displacement of the Palestinian people.

Israel maintains close ties with India, and supports tensions between the neighbouring and brotherly people of Pakistan and India. Israel called Pakistan’s nuclear bomb, an Islamic bomb.

Pakistan has always given humanitarian, and moral, and diplomatic support to Palestine. And criticised Israel for its aggression and unjust actions. Israel likewise has a mistrusting attitude towards Pakistan.

The former Foreign Minister of Israel, Avigdor Lieberman, in 2009, had described Pakistan as the biggest strategic threat to Israel (because of Pakistan’s nuclear weapons). And that Pakistan, together with Afghanistan (because of the Taliban) at that time were a more serious threat than Iran. Many defence analysts in Pakistan believe that Israel, along with India, have previously planned to attack Pakistan’s nuclear facilities.

It is also a fact that the people of Pakistan, like the Founder of Pakistan, have special feelings against the occupation of Jerusalem and the land of Palestine, and with regard to the oppressed Palestinians. Every Pakistani government has taken care of these sentiments and has not established diplomatic relations with the usurper Israel despite external pressure, and will continue to uphold the Quaid-e-Azam’s view that Israel is a usurper state that can never be recognized.
