- 1 cup peanuts
- 1/2 cup jaggery powder
- 3 tbsp ghee
- Roast the peanuts dry until they become crispy and mix them in a blender.
- Heat the ghee in a small pan along with adding the grounded peanuts in it.
- Mix the ghee and peanuts properly followed by adding jaggery powder and cardamom powder. Keep cooking until it’s properly mixed.
- Now start making round laddoos by taking a portion from the mixture in the palm of your hands.
