An Accountability court Thursday stopped the authorities to present Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) President Shahbaz Sharif and his son Hamza Shahbaz before the court in an armored vehicle.
According to the details, the Accountability court conducted the hearing of money laundering reference. During the hearing, judge Jawadul Hassan announced the reserved verdict in case.
The judge has stopped the officials from using the armored cars for the accused. He has directed the authorities to present PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif and his son Hamza Shahbaz before the court in a bulletproof car.
In the petition, the petitioner adopted a stance that both the PML-N leaders are facing backache due to the armored vehicle.
On November 11th the accountability court indicted Shehbaz Sharif, Hamza Shehbaz, and others in the money laundering reference.
The administrative judge of the accountability court Jawad Al Hassan indicted him. However, the accused have denied the charge. On this occasion, Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif said that he is the Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly. He claimed that false allegations have been made against him.
He further said that he rejects all the allegations of the NAB. He claimed that he has been targeted for political revenge. Above all, Shehbaz Sharif said that he is the head of a political party, political opponents are conspiring against him. He also claimed that all the cases against him are baseless, he has built hospitals.
