The price of gold per tola in the country has depreciated by Rs 450 while the dollar has become more expensive.
According to Sindh Barter Bazaar Jewelers Association, after a decrease of Rs 450, the value of gold per tola in the country has gone up to Rs 112,850.
The value of 10 grams of gold has decreased by Rs 385 to Rs 96,751.
According to the association, the price of gold per ounce in the global exchange market has decreased by 6 6 to 18 1866.
Dollar Becomes expensive
On the first day of the business week, the dollar continued to appreciate in the country.
In the interbank exchange market, the dollar rose by 32 paise to close at 161.04 paise.
In the open market, the dollar rose by 35 paise to Rs 161.35.
