Match referee Saman Zulfiqar has started performing duties in National Women’s T20 Championship.

In this regard, Saman Zulfiqar said that she is happy to be working as the first female match referee.

Saman Zulfiqar is the only female match referee in the development panel of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and she continued in Rawalpindi.

Speaking on the occasion, Saman Zulfiqar said that she is happy that I am working as the first female match referee.

She said,

“I am happy to be the first female match referee and I am very happy to be supervising the matches,” she further said. “I was proud to be on the panel and now I am a regular.” Once the work has started, I consider it an honor for me.

Saman Zulfiqar started performing duties in the ongoing National Triangular Women’s T20 Championship.
