Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi meets with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu on the sidelines of the 9th Heart of Asia-Istanbul Process Conference in Dushanbe.
During the meeting, issues of mutual interest including bilateral relations and law and order situation in the region were discussed.
Turkish Foreign Minister appreciated Pakistan’s efforts for peace in Afghanistan and assured full support from Turkey in all efforts for peace and security in the region.

Talking to the media after meeting with his Turkish counterpart in Dushanbe on Monday, the Foreign Minister said that meeting with Turkish leadership is always a source of happiness adding that whether it is Kashmir issue or FATF forum, Pakistan has always had the support of Turkey.
Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that his meeting with Turkey’s Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu was very fruitful. As a result, 15 countries, 16 supporting countries and 12 regional and international organizations are participating in the Heart of Asia-Istanbul Process Conference today.
Earlier today, Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi arrived in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, on a three-day visit with a delegation Foreign Minister to attend the “Ninth Heart of Asia-Istanbul Process” conference in Dushanbe, Tajikistan tomorrow.
