Facebook is planning to launch an Instagram Youth app

People under the age of 13 are not permitted to sign up for Instagram due to federal privacy laws, yet this does not prevent the majority of children from doing so. It’s quite simple to lie about your age online.

However, Instagram claims to have found a solution that may attract the interest and engagement of some children at a younger age. They’re thinking about launching a platform called Instagram Youth.
