Ayeza Khan Plays Anjali from ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’

The popular character of ‘Anjali’ from the movie ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ has seen a revival in Pakistan as Ayeza Khan uploaded her version of the character on Instagram. 

One of the most popular celebrities of Pakistan, Ayeza Khan, uploaded a video on her Instagram profile in which she is seen acting the popular character ‘Anjali’ from the famous Bollywood movie ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’. Khan is seen donning a sports hoodie along with short hair and cloth hairband which was the signature look of the Anjali and defined many fashion trends at the time of the movie’s release.

The character was originally played by Kajol as she was acting alongside Rani Mukherjee and Shah Rukh Khan. In the video, Ayeza Khan is seen lip-syncing on Kajol’s voice from one of the scenes from the movie.

Khan clarified in her caption how her current character of ‘Geeti Princess’ from drama Laapata has been inspired by Anjali and she cannot wait for the drama’s release.
