ISLAMABAD: A 14-member delegation led by National Assembly (NA) Speaker Asad Qaiser left for Baku to attend the first trilateral meeting of the parliamentary leaders of the three countries, Pakistan, Azerbaijan and Turkey, while promoting regional cooperation and connectivity.
The parliamentary delegation went to Baku on the invitation of the Mili Majlis of Azerbaijan Speaker Sahiba Gafarova.
The first trilateral meeting will start from today, July 26, 2021 to July 31, 2021; followed by a meeting of the executive committee of the three parliamentary leaders to be conducted on July 27, according to a statement.
