PML-N has issued a notice to party candidate Ismail Gujjar from LA-35 for the Azad Kashmir elections on his statement seeking help from India.

“You have made an irresponsible statement to seek help from India for the elections,” said a statement issued by N-Secretary General Ahsan Iqbal to Ismail Gujjar.

The notice directed Ismail Gujjar to file a reply to the statement within seven days and said that strict disciplinary action would be taken against him for the non-submission of the reply.

It may be recalled that Ismail Gujjar while talking to the media during the polling for the Azad Jammu and Kashmir elections yesterday, accused the police of dismantling the PML-N’s polling camp and said, “If peaceful polling is not allowed. I will call on India for help.”

Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry said in a tweet on a social networking site that Ahsan Iqbal has given notice to a political orphan on his statement seeking help from India, which is a good thing, but he should also issue notice to Nawaz Sharif on meeting with the enemy of Pakistan and pro Indian narrative person like Hamdullah Mohib.

It may be recalled that a few days ago, the PML-N leader and former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was met with Afghanistan’s National Security Adviser Hamdullah Mohib.

In a statement on the social networking site Twitter, the Afghan National Security Council said that issues of mutual interest were discussed during the meeting with former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

Reacting to the meeting, Federal Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhry said, “Sending Nawaz Sharif out of Pakistan was dangerous because such people become accomplices in international conspiracies.”

“Nawaz Sharif’s meeting with Hamdullah Mohib, RAW’s biggest ally in Afghanistan, is an example of such an operation,” he said.

He claimed that “Narendra Modi, Mohib and Amrullah Saleh, every enemy of Pakistan is a close friend of Nawaz Sharif”.
