Cristiano Ronaldo is set to make a sensational come back to Old Trafford after Manchester United settled a fee with Juventus and are now likely to sign him on a two-year deal.

Manchester brings back Ronaldo after 12 years as he was sold to Real Madrid. The club agreed to pay an initial €20m to Juventus plus up to €3m in bonuses.

Manchester United said, “Manchester United is delighted to confirm that the club has reached agreement with Juventus for the transfer of Cristiano Ronaldo, subject to agreement of personal terms, visa and medical.

“Cristiano, a five-time Ballon d’Or winner, has so far won over 30 major trophies during his career, including five UEFA Champions League titles, four FIFA Club World Cups, seven league titles in England, Spain and Italy, and the European Championship for his native Portugal.

“In his first spell for Manchester United, he scored 118 goals in 292 games.

“Everyone at the club looks forward to welcoming Cristiano back to Manchester.”

Ronaldo has accepted the Manchester United contract bid and now he is ready to sign paperwork once everything will be finalized.
Ronaldo’s medical is to be scheduled in the next hours, however, he is in Lisbon to complete his move.

Manchester City has left the negotiations in the last hours. And according to Ronaldo, he has never agreed on personal terms, nor sent any official bid to Juventus. However, only verbal talks happened and NO agreement has been made so Manchester City is out now.
