Modi’s party opposes the building of Hajj House, violence rises in Delhi

Muslim minorities in India are facing another chapter of disavowal of their religious rights.

India continues its human rights violations with Hindutva policies.

Delhi has observed vigorous protests this week after the Hindu leaders of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) intensely disparate the construction of Hajj House and also called for ethnic cleansing of Muslims.

The national capital is the largest debarkation point for the Muslim pilgrimage in the country and still does not have a Hajj House.

More than 15,000-20,000 Muslims from Delhi, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, western Uttar Pradesh, and Chandigarh leave for Makkah, Saudi Arabia from New Delhi every year for Pilgrimage.

Whereas, due to the unavailability of a Hajj House in the city, the pilgrims usually have to stay in camps before their flights.

Supreme Court lawyer and former spokesperson of the Delhi unit of BJP, Ashwini Upadhyay organized the protest of hundreds to raise slogans against the minority.

There have been two incidents of the same kind reported within a week in Dehli which has endorsed the tributary citizenship of Muslims in the country, with the condition deteriorating every day.

Video is available on social media of the protest against the Muslim minority, a Hindutva activist is seen openly calling for the anti-Muslim outbreaks, signifying that Hindus have had their share of “being defensive” and that it was time to attack.

“I have said repeatedly that Hindus should pick up shastra [arms] and shaastra [holy texts], while they still have time,” he said.

Before the gathering in Jantar Mantar, various Hindutva groups supported by the BJP leaders organized a ‘Mahapanchayat’, where Hindu nationalists openly called for the killing of Muslims.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is unwaveringly following policies of RSS and taking all probable methods to endorse Hindutva and eradicate Muslims from India.

With the growing violence against the Muslim minority, over 80 Muslim women in India, who have influential voices on Twitter, found that they had been put up “for sale” online on an app called ‘Sulli Deals’.

India has a non-tolerable policy for Muslims, with the growing hatred against Muslims living in the country and the government support to such groups will lead to more viciousness.
