The woman who won the lottery at the airport to avoid boredom won 1 million dollars
Angela, a 51-year-old Kansas City resident, decided to play a scratch game to relieve boredom after a flight was cancelled in the US state of Florida. Meanwhile, the goddess of fortune took pity on her and she won the 1 million dollar lotteries.
A statement issued by the lottery company said that Angela chose to receive the lottery money once she was paid.
According to reports, the woman said that when the flight was cancelled, she feared that something strange would happen, after which she decided to play a game called Scratch of Ticket to push the time.
The cost of playing a scratch game is 30 dollars, with winners winning cash prizes ranging from 1 million dollars to 948 million.
