UAE has allowed the entry of travelers from six countries who have valid UAE residency permits and are fully vaccinated.

According to the National Emergency Crisis and Disasters Management Authority (NCEMA), the rule is applicable to travelers from Pakistan, India Sri Lanka, Nepal, Nigeria, and Uganda.
The rule will be followed wherever after August 5.
At least 14 days should have passed after receiving the second dose of vaccination if the traveler wants to enter the country.
