The Saudi Arabia government has allowed the local pilgrims aged from 12 to 18 can obtain Umrah authorizations if they have been vaccinated twice for the Covid-19, stated the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.

The declaration was made on the induction of the 2021 Umrah season on August 10.
According to the briefing more than 13,000 permits were supplied for this age group, permitting them to perform Umrah.

Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Abdul-Fattah bin Suleiman Mashat, said that

Umrah permits are delivered via the Eatmarna and Tawakkalna applications, with an assimilated system of facilities and precautionary procedures safeguarding the protection and wellbeing of those willing to perform Umrah ceremonies, Private news channel.

The deputy minister further mentioned that Umrah permits must be obtained through the Eatmarna and Tawakkalna applications,

Kingdom Open to tourists

Whereas earlier this month, the Kingdom re-opened its doors for travelers after a 17-month break.

The Saudi government has expended billions to shape a tourism business from scrape, all this is a part of exertions to expand its oil-dependent economy.

The kingdom began delivering tourist visas for the first time in 2019, part of a determined thrust to refurbishment its worldwide appearance and draw visitors from the world.
