OPPO launched its new entry-level smartphone in Pakistan without any notice. The OPPO A16 is now available nationwide in the company’s outlets and other stores.
The OPPO A15 successor has a new sleek design. Its 3D polycarbonate shell is chamfered. It is offered in three elegant colors; Pearl Blue, Crystal Black, and Space Silver. Its casing is fingerprint resistant.
It weighs 196g and is 8.4mm thick.
AT the back OPPO A16 features a triple camera setup with LED flash. It has a 13MP wide camera along with two 2MP other cameras.
A16 has a built-in night mode. The camera app also supports portrait and bokeh modes.
The fingerprint sensor is located to the side just above the power button.
At the front, it features a waterdrop notch screen. It is a 6.52″IPS LCD with a 720p resolution and a pixel density of 269ppi. There is no protection over the display.
The notch houses an 8MP selfie shooter.
OPPO A16 is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery. The phone promises a 21hrs of streaming on a single charge.
There is no quick charge feature, however, it can safely charge overnight. At its core, Mediatek helio G35 can be found.
A16 comes in a single 3GB+32GB edition. Color OS 11 runs on this hardware out of the box. One 3.5mm audio jack and a USB-C port are also part of the build. It starts from Rs. 23,999.
