ISLAMABAD: The exports of the petroleum group and coal during the first month of FY 2021/22 grew 252.96 per cent, compared with the exports of the corresponding period of the last year.
During the period from July 21, the petroleum group and coal worth $29,405 were exported, compared with the exports of $8,331 during the same period of the last year.
According to the data released by the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, the exports of petroleum crude increased 100 per cent, as exports worth $28,283 were made, compared with the nil exports during the same period of the last year.
Meanwhile, the exports of petroleum products (Excluding top Naphta) decreased 40.38 per cent, worth $1,112,000 were also exported in the current financial year, compared with the exports of $1,882 during the same period of the last year.
