Wasim Akram sees no better local coach after Misbah-ul-Haq

Pakistan swing sultan, Wasim Akram said in an interview that there is no better local coach Pakistan cricket team can get after Misbah-ul-Haq.

He thinks that any foreign coach will only address issues in the team.

He said, “I see no liable local name who can coach Pakistan team. If you see anyone, tell me?”

According to Wasim Akram, Javed Miandad is not capable enough to understand the modern cricket style and he cannot train the team properly.

He said, “See, Javed Bhai is a good cricket mind but he needs to be aware of modern-day cricket. The game has changed a lot and I don’t think he can adjust here,”

Wasim showed satisfaction with the player’s selection for the T20 squad.

He said, “See, everyone here wants their favourite players in the team but you can’t make everyone happy. All the criticism shows how much people love this game but I would say here that please be respectful to your players. Criticism and misbehaving are two different things,”

He also cleared the doubts about his influence in the team selection and said that he don’t have time for all these things.

He said, “I have been listening to this for a long time now. Do you really think that I have enough time to deal with all this? Not at all!”
