Hasan Ali says he is more disappointed in himself than his fans, on his performance

After receiving a severe backlash following the ICC T20 World Cup semi-final against Australia, Pakistan fast pacer Hasan Ali has finally responded to the criticism.

On his official Twitter handle, he said: “I know you are all upset because my performance didn’t meet your expectations from me but not more disappointed than me.”

Ali was called out for giving 44 runs in four overs and taking no wickets in the do-or-die semi-final against Australia on Thursday. Furthermore, he also lost a key catch.

However, some of the loyal fans backed up the cricketer which stopped some people from abusing him.

In his tweet, he urged his fans to not change their expectations of him.

While sharing his plans for the future he said: “I want to serve Pakistan cricket at the highest level possible, so back to hard work.”

He also said that this patch will make him even stronger.

The reaction of Hassan Ali’s, who dropped the catch of Australian batsman Matthew Wade on the important occasion in the semi-final of ICC T20 World Cup, has also come to light.

National team captain Babar Azam also lectured the players in the dressing room after the match and said that no player would blame a single player for the defeat while Shaheen Shah Afridi said that we are not losers but we have learned and we will come back stronger and happier.

The father of the fast bowler of the national team, said that his son, Hassan Ali was a hero before and is still a hero, by the grace of Allah the whole team is a hero, all the national players are my sons, they will continue to be heroes.

Abdul Aziz said that beating India makes us heroes, beating New Zealand makes us heroes, and most importantly, winning 5 matches in a row makes us heroes.

He said that the players should not be heartbroken, I stand with them, inshallah they will come up as heroes, again.
