While stating his plans, he said that he will move to Karachi from Lahore on November 20 and from there to Dubai on November 21.

“The weather in Lahore is not good these days, so I don’t want to take any further risk regarding my health,” Amir said. “Alhamdulillah, the rest of the family members are completely fine,” he added.

Amir had stepped down from his international career after creating differences with the former head and bowling coaches, Misbah-ul-Haq and Waqar Younis.

The left arm-pacer has represented Pakistan in 36 Test matches, 61 ODIs and 50 T20Is.

He has also played for Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise in Karachi Kings. Furthermore, Amir played for Barbados Royals during the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2021.
