Karachi: A man was killed in a traffic accident on Shahra-e-Faisal and another injured in a shootout near Sarjani Town Karimi Chowrangi on Tuesday.

According to details the body of the deceased was taken to Jinnah Hospital, where the deceased was identified as 52-year-old Rafiq Rizwan son of Din Muhammad. Police are further investigating the incident.

In another case, Sachal Investigative Police conducted a raid and recovered an abducted TikToker and arrested her friend.

According to details, the accused had taken her to Sea View for a walk in his car three days ago on November 27 and then abducted her.

The police said that the abductee’s mother informed the police about her disappearance.

The victim’s friend told the police that both met near Meteorological office on the day of the incident. From there they went to a house located in Qayyumabad after which left for her home.

The arrested accused will be produced before the court the police added.

At Jafar Tayyar Society in Malir district, six robbers on three motorcycles in Bhense Colony looted Rs0.7 million from a milk trader. They also snatched a mobile phone and fled. According to the residents, looting has become commonplace.

Asif Jan Siddiqui wrote in the letter the law is being violated and it is affecting the beauty of the city. Staff and machinery should be provided for removing flags from Shahra-e-Faisal and Karsaz.
