The new feature, multi-device support that was not previously available to all of the Whatsapp users, is now broadly available to everyone. The feature will now be available to all the users including iOS and Android, both.

The feature allows its users to use Whatsapp on multiple secondary devices without keeping the primary device connected to the internet. For starters, note that your WhatsApp should be updated to the latest version of the application. Also note that, since the multi-device support is available in beta, there might be some issues.

Here is how to use the new feature,

First things first, tap the three dots located on the top right-hand side of your screen and select ‘Linked Devices’.

Head to the ‘Multi-Device Beta’ option and tap on it. Now you have joined the multi-device beta.

After joining the aforementioned feature, go back to the ‘Linked Devices’ tab, and choose the ‘Link a Device’ option.

You can now enjoy using Whatsapp on multiple devices without the need of internet on your primary device, but don’t forget to scan the QR code shown on your desktop to link it with your phone.
