In a clear reference to the PPP’s public meeting in Peshawar yesterday, addressing which party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had maintained that his party would restore democracy in the country, Chaudhry said that merely criticism does not bring one success as there should also be an alternative agenda to attract people.
However, he also appreciated the PPP’s public meeting and said, “Pakistan needs federal parties. Nawaz-league should also step out of central Punjab. Unfortunately, the leaderships of these parties are very superficial.”

“They have no agenda as well. Anyway, regional and extremist politics will only end when there is national politics.”
Slamming the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government yesterday, PPP Chairman Bilawal came hard on the centre in the Peshawar gathering, terming it IMF’s government. He rejected the deal between Islamabad and the IMF and vowed to challenge it in court and oppose it on the streets.
“Keep this in mind that success cannot be achieved by criticism only. If there is an alternative agenda, then people are attracted,” said Chaudhry.

The minister said that instead of having a desire to remove the government, the two parties need to get stable and urged them to present proposals about big reforms.
