The Lahore High Court (LHC) has adjourned the hearing on a petition seeking the removal of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif’s name from Exit Control List (ECL).
The two-member bench of LHC headed by Justice Shahbaz Ali Rizvi was to hear the petition against the conditions imposed on the removal of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s name from ECL.

The division bench was disbanded as Justice Shahbaz Ali was on leave and the registrar’s office canceled the cause list.
Earlier, in December 2020, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) declared Nawaz Sharif offender in Avenfield case and Azizia references.
The Supreme Court had on November 16, 2019, allowed Nawaz Sharif to go abroad for medical treatment.
