Thousands of people gather at Millennium Mall Gulistan-e-Jauhar to record their protest on the call of former prime minister Imran Khan on Sunday night.

Similar big protests were held across the country including Liberty Chowk in Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Sialkot and other parts of the country against the regime change over alleged ‘foreign conspiracy’.

Nationwide protests are taking place with a multitude of people voicing support for the ousted premiere and PTI chairman Imran Khan.

The former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan earlier in the day had vowed to begin a “freedom struggle against a “foreign conspiracy” of regime change in Pakistan.

Meanwhile, ousted prime minister Imran Khan has thanked the masses for their support and for taking to the streets against the regime change.

PTI activists on Sunday held a protest demonstration outside the residence of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif in London.

The enraged workers raised slogans against the ouster of Imran Khan’s government. Meanwhile, supporters of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz also reached the Avenfield flats to show solidarity with the party supremo.

The confrontation between the two groups turned into an arena of slurs and slogans raised against each party’s leadership.

Fearing the clash between the supporters of both the parties, police continents have reached the Avenfield apartments to control the situation.

Earlier, in his first tweet after being voted out as the prime minister, Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Sunday said Pakistan became an independent state in 1947, but the freedom struggle begins again today against a foreign conspiracy of regime change.

“It is always the people of the country who defend their sovereignty and democracy,” Imran Khan tweeted.
