Nida Yasir is a talented Pakistani actress and host. In her morning show, Nida Yasir recently revealed her new diet plan.

She discussed her remarkable soup-based diet regimen in one of the most recent episodes. Nida said that she eats a soup every day which is great for weight loss. She explained that the diet soup is combined with other diets. Also that she does it for seven days before repeating it. She also had her diet soup examined by a dietician, whom she welcomed as a guest on her show.

“I use soup composed of cabbage, coriander, tomato, green onions, and green chilli. With tabasco sauce and soya sauce as her flavour developer,” Nida stated of her diet plan. I eat this soup every day with various diets.”
She also sought the dietician for advice. So the dietician advised her to replace the inorganic sauces with organic flavour enhancers. Nida claims that on the first day of her diet, she only eats fruits with her soup. While on the second day, she only eats veggies with her soup and skips the fruits.

“On the third day, I consume both fruits and vegetables with this soup,” Nida continued. I only eat lentils in soup form with this soup on the fourth day, bananas and shakes with this soup on the fifth day, and baked potatoes with this soup on the sixth day. On the seventh day, I have chicken soup with tomatoes and chat masala.”

However netizens were not happy with her choice of weight loss. Many claiming that she is promoting fad diets that can cause hormonal imbalance and fatigue. Due to which many women can have adverse effect on their health.
