The store’s owner, Chuck Graff, told the publication that he wanted customers to know they weren’t alone in their “suffering at the pump.” This tagline grabs the attention of the public. Since the national average gas price just surpassed $5 per gallon for the first time.

According to the research, a gallon of standard petrol in Minnesota cost under $2.90 last year.
