The US Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is hastening the “gender confirmation operations” of a transgender ex-neo-Nazi bank robber after the inmate filed a complaint against the federal government.
In view of the actions [BOP] has taken toward delivering surgeries to Plaintiff, the parties think there is a chance that all claims in this matter might be addressed without the need for further litigation.
Plaintiffs agree that the government’s actions appear to suggest that the procedure is on schedule and not delayed or postponed.
According to Ohio federal court filings, Donna Langan, born Peter Kevin Langan, sentenced to life in prison plus 35 years in two separate trials in 1997
She also involves in robbing two banks with weapons and a destructive device. Langan is the member of a tiny neo-Nazi organisation at the time of his crimes. Langan spent nearly two decades in a male jail.

According to government documents, the Bureau of Prisons is now negotiating with a physician to expedite the inmate’s gender-confirmation procedures.
However, on June 10, Langan had his initial surgical consultation. The inmate experiences terrible misery as a result of severe and improperly treated gender dysphoria.”
She has sought for decades, and now seeks via this complaint, gender-confirming procedures, most urgently vaginoplasty.”
