Shubhangi Atre, who plays Angoori Bhabhi in Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain, attended the gathering and eight-year anniversary celebration of her television program. She cut a gorgeous cake with her co-stars Aasif Sheikh, Vidisha Srivastava, and Rohitashv Gour to commemorate the completion of their well-liked sitcom after 8 years and 2000 episodes.

The actress spoke to the media on the occasion and discussed the show’s success, its 8-year run, and how fans all over the world like her character, Angoori. She also discussed the tragic death of her late co-star Deepesh Bhan and how it affected her greatly.

“I’m overjoyed and thrilled with how far our show has come. I want to express my gratitude to the crowd for their support. After 8 years, neither the audience nor we have become weary of performing for them. We hope to reach many more milestones and carry on in this manner for years to come” She spoke.

While discussing the success of the program, Shubhangi said, “I consider it a blessing that people love to watch us not just in India but all around the world. The people in Dubai, where I recently returned from, adore our program. I was surprised when Americans approached us and expressed their enthusiasm for our show. Many knew me there since I was playing the Angoori Bhabhi persona while we were at the NYC India Day Parade. Fans of our show have been introduced to me in New Zealand, Canada, the Maldives, and Maturities. Bhabi Ji is very well-liked, and our presentation is like a breath of fresh air that relieves their stress.”

Shubhangi recalled her late co-star Deepesh Bhan and how his passing had a lasting impression on her. “Deepesh and I lived in the same society, and whenever we weren’t filming, we would meet in our community for walks,” she said. Nobody can ever fill his void in the show, and we still think of him whenever we do combo scenes.

He adored acting out scenes, and we constantly sense his presence. He would assist us and was an incredible dancer. The incident taught me that life is incredibly unexpected. Because of how much his passing affected me, I had trouble sleeping for about 15 days. In the middle of the night, I would sit and reflect on how unpredictable life is. She added, “You should live contentedly and keep the people close to you happy.
