MULTAN: Farmer prime minister and Senior leader of Pakistan People’s Party(PPP) Yusuf Raza Gilani has said impression of favorite party should be ended now and free and fair elections should be held across the country.

Talking to the media in Lodhran, Yusuf Raza Gilani said that Bilawal Bhutto is giving his statements according to the current political situation of the country. He claimed that former president Asif Zardari and Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto are both on the same page. He said after the Quetta rally, the impression of the difference between Asif Zardari and Bilawal Bhutto has ended now.

In response to a question, while talking to the media, he said “I do not think that the People’s Party will make seat adjustments with anyone, the party thinks that it will contest the election with its manifesto”.

Yusuf Raza Gilani said that taking the PPP to the back foot does not matter and hoped that the party would play on the front foot in elections.
