KARACHI: The Sindh High Court(SHC) has sought response from the concerned institutions in the petition against poor mobile phone and internet service in the lower courts.
In the Sindh High Court, a petition was heard against the poor mobile and internet service in the lower courts.
The petitioner submitted that the mobile network service in the entire City Court is non-existent and the internet service is also severely affected.
It was said in the petition tat the lawyer cannot even contact his questioner and the questioner cannot even contact his lawyer, people are facing severe difficulties, the questioner cannot contact his lawyer for hours.
The court issued a notice to all the mobile companies including PTA on the stand of the petitioner and adjourned the hearing till May 28.
Earlier, Sindh High Court (SHC) has ordered the Sindh Police to take practical steps to recover the missing persons.
The petitions related to the recovery of 7 missing persons, including a young girl, were heard in the Sindh High Court.
The families of the missing persons said that despite the passage of years, the police could not find out where their loved ones were and in what condition they were.
