Sukkur: Sindh Police rescued 6 people including 4 women from being kidnapped in Kacha area of Sindh .
According to the police, the youngster from Bahawalpur had reached Saduja Kacha for marriage. He was accompanied by 4 women of his family and a child.
The police said that the police officers posted at the entrances of Kacha investigated and came to know about the incident. The police sent back youngster and women to Bahawalpur.
The youth told the police that he was called to Saduja’s kacha on the pretext of marriage.
Earlier, Sindh Police rescued 12 people belonging to Okara district of Punjab in Kashmore district from being kidnapped.
According to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Bashir Brohi, 12 people from Okara have been saved from being kidnapped by bandits.
SSP Bashir Brohi said that all the persons belong to the same family, including women and children.
According to SSP Bashir Brohi, all the persons were called to the hut on the pretense of cutting wood.
