As we all know that Student of the Year actress is an avid yoga practitioner. She often posts videos and pictures of herself doing various asanas on Instagram, sharing a glimpse of her fitness routine.
Alia’s trainer, Anushka, who is a well-known trainer of other Bollywood celebrities like Ananya Panday and Rakul Pree, has shared Alia’s pictures on her Instagram.
In the picture Alia can be seen doing intense aerial yoga to her list of asanas that she has nailed in the past, impressing many netizens.
