Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Hussain Qureshi called on Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on Wednesday.
According to the details, both Ministers exchanged words over the ongoing situation of Kashmir.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Kuwait condemned the Indian brutality on the innocent people of Kashmir and ensured Kuwait’s cooperation in peacemaking.
Shah Mahmood Qureshi informed the Minister regarding Indian violence in the valley and stated that Human rights abuses in the disputed territory administered by India, are an ongoing issue. Whereas, no measures have been taken by any of the International organisations.
Qureshi, on his telephonic conversation with his counterpart expressed his concerns that India might stage a “false flag operation” in Kashmir in an attempt to justify the violence.
On the other side, Shah Mahmood Qureshi expressed his gratude towards Kuwait’s support to Pakistan’s agenda in UNSC, Human Rights Council and OIC and stated that Kuwait’s cooperation is expected in the process of peacemaking in the valley.
Whereas, Kuwait’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister lauded Shah Mahmood Qureshi for informing him regarding the situations.
According to details, acts of human rights violations in the Kashmir valley were discussed in the meeting.
Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi informed the delegation about the ongoing situation of Kashmir.
Shah Mahmood pointed out in the meeting that India’s law enforcement in the valley in a violation to International laws and UNSC’s resolutions.
